Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are for the whole bungalow per night based on up to 5 people in the property.
Payment can be made through paypal or stripe using credit or debit card.
Minumum length of stay is 3 nights.
Checkin days are:
7 days – Monday – Monday, Friday – Friday or Saturday – Saturday
5 days – Monday-Friday
3 days – Friday – Monday
Checkin time is 3pm
Checkout time is 10am
Cancellations
If your booking is cancelled more than 30 days before your arrival then no charge will be made and you will recieve a full refund of the amount paid.
If your booking is cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, you will be charged for the full amount of your booking and no refund will be given for monies paid.
If you reduce the length of your stay less than 30 days before arrival by more than one night, then you will be charged the full amount of your original booking. This does not apply to bookings of 3 nights or less for which the full amount will be due if the change is made less than 30 days before your arrival.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction after your arrival date, full payment for the original booking will be payable and no refund will be due.
It is possible to take out insurance against you having to cancel your holiday and you might want to consider doing this if you are worried about having to make a last-minute change to your stay.
Arrival and Departure
The property is available from 15.00. You will be sent the code for keysafe at 12.00 on the day of arrival. You will be given 2 keys. If you loose any of the keys, a £50 key replacement fee will be chargeable as we will have to change the locks.
You may be able to have an early checkin or a late checkout, this is only through prior arrangement.
Children
Children of any age are welcome and there is a travel cot and high chair available to use free of charge. Both items are located in the shed.
Pets
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed at the property.
We ask that you bring your own throws, beds and towels for your pets.
Please do not allow your dogs to bark consistantly as this will disturb our neighbours and do not leave you dog unattended inside or outside of the property.
Please respect our other guests and pick up your dogs waste and dispose of it in the bin provided at the front of the property.
We do not accept any form of liability for injusry or loss of your pet whilst staying at the property.
Should your pet cause any damage to the property, you will be invoiced for the damage, payment of which will be due in 7 days.
Reasonable Usage
Constable Road is on a quiet residential street and we ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a respectable level, with quiet time being at 10pm. In extreme circumstances we reserve the right to terminate a booking for unacceptable conduct. We reserve the right to refuse bookings for large single sex groups, under 21’s or Hen / Stag parties.
We also ask that you do not play football in the back garden to avoid it disturbing our neighbours and that you do not let fireworks off from the property.
Liability
Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or misrepresentation, our total liability to you is limited to the price of the booking and to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect or special damages.
We will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to us or our property by your (your guest or pets) act, omission, default or neglect whilst you are staying at the property and you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.
Security Camera
For peace of mind and security, we have 1 Ring camera situated on the front of the property overlooking the driveway. This records motion at the front of the property / driveway for 30 seconds.
Recording are kept for 30 days.
This camera is used solely for security and does infringe on our guests personal privacy.
Damage Deposit
Please note that by booking this property on ConstableRoad.co.uk, you agree to the following Damage Policy:
- You must keep the property and its content(s), including all furniture, electronic equipments, fixtures, fittings and effects in, on or at the Property in the same state of repair as at the start of the stay, and shall leave the Property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found when you arrived.
- You are also responsible for the safekeeping of the Property and its contents, therefore you must remember, among others, to lock all doors and windows, and ensure that the Property is safe upon your departure.
- You will be responsible to reimburse Constableroad.co.uk on behalf of the property owners, Point Northern Homes Ltd, for all damage(s), breakages or loss(es) caused to the Property by you and/or the rest of your guest(s).
- Where any breakages, damage(s) or loss(es) occur, You should report it first-hand to the Property (as soon as reasonably practicable, but always before checkout).
- Partners will be able to request a damage fee from you for any damage(s), breakage(s) and loss(es) made to the property and its contents (as defined above) up to 14 days after the end of your stay.
- If damages are incurred, ConstableRoad.co.uk will initiate a claim and discuss the damage caused via text and email within 2 days of checking out. They will provide examples of the damage and will state the replacement or cleaning cost of the damage.
- If you agree with the claim, then the remaining balance will be paid via the method used for booking.
- If you reject a claim, you will have to show proof that the damage was caused prior to your arrival.
- If the damage incurred is more than the damage deposit, Point Northern Homes Ltd, will invoice you for the balance. This will be payable within 7 days of receipt. Failure to pay this invoice may result in legal action or the invoice being transferred to a debt collection agency.
This Damage Policy does not include:
- general cleaning, ordinary wear and tear, theft of cash and securities, and non-physical damages like smoking fines and breaking House Rules,
- any type of bodily injury or proprietary damage to your (and your guest(s)) personal belongings or others, any kind of criminal activities, secondary/consequential loss, third party liability, for which the Property could seek damage fees outside of this Damage Policy.
It also does not cover any damages that might be caused by an event of force majeure.
