Booking Guidelines

You are welcome to book with us direct (using the calendar below).

When booking direct, there is a £100 damage deposit added to the booking. This will be reimbursed 2-5 days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property. This will be reimbursed to the payment method used on the booking. Please allow up to 7-10 days for this process to complete if paying via credit/debit card.

Check-in / out days are Monday and Friday.

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.

If you are booking your stay 90 days in advance, you have the option to pay a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance payable 60 days before arrival.

After you have booked, you will receive an email advising that your booking has been accepted.
